Dr. Razani has been a professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of New Mexico since 1988.  He is a Fellow of ASME and has teaching and research experience in design and optimization of thermal and energy systems.  He has been involved in the modeling and the second-law and exergy analysis and optimization of thermal and energy systems.  His research has been supported by the Air Force Research Lab, Department of Energy, Sandia National Labs, Los Alamos National Lab, and various companies in New Mexico.
