ECE Prof. Jayaweera Appointed As Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions

Prof. Sudharman K. Jayaweera was recently appointed as an Associate Editor of IEEE Transaction on Vehicular Technology. IEEE TVT is the journal of the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society (IEEE-VTS) that has the scope of Communications, Transportation Systems and Vehicular Electronics. IEEE Transaction on Vehicular Technology publishes high-quality technical manuscripts on advances in the state-of-the-art of vehicular technology in the areas of: land, airborne and maritime mobile services; portable commercial and citizen's communications services: vehicular electrotechnology, equipment and systems of the automotive industry; traction power, signals, communications and control systems for mass transit and railroads.
Dr. Jayaweera is a Senior Member of IEEE and his research is in the areas of wireless communications, statistical signal processing, cognitive and cooperative communications, networked-control systems and smart-grid technology. He has published more than 100 peer-reviewed research papers including more than 30 journal papers and 3 best paper awards all in IEEE conferences.
