Match opportunities: UNM Big Give

The UNM Big Give (Feb. 28) is a great time to support the School of Engineering, with every dollar of your donation going to help the amazing people and programs that are making a difference in our world. And thanks to these donors, making a gift to these departments will have an even bigger impact:

  • Every gift made to the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is matched dollar for dollar up to $5,000 by Atul Bhatnagar.
  • Every gift made to the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering is matched dollar for dollar up to $10,000 by Mike and Julie Cortney.
  • Every gift made to the Busch Cooper Roderick Fund for Teaching Enhancement in the Department of Nuclear Engineering is matched, dollar for dollar, up to $5,000 by an anonymous donor.
  • Every gift made to the Department of Mechanical Engineering is matched dollar for dollar up to $20,000 by an anonymous donor.

The top five units or schools with the highest participation rate will receive a $2,500 grant designated to a University of New Mexico fundraising account of the unit’s choice from President Stokes’ office.
