Welcome and Intro from 1 to 1:45 p.m.
An introduction to the Center for Equity in Engineering and overview of how SoE plans to deepen its commitment to continued action
Panel of Chairs from 2 to 2:45 p.m.
A moderated conversation about how SoE departments will address and improve the climate and culture
Roundtable Discussion: Implementation from 3 to 3:45 p.m.
Participants will plan actions that advance JEADI in student, staff and faculty communities. The Center for Equity in Engineering team will collect these plans and respond.
Breakout Tables: Expand Your Knowledge from 3:45 to 5 p.m.
Conversations surrounding 1) Pedagogy with a frame of JEADI (e.g., decolonize engineering curriculum), 2) Broadening our understanding of JEADI, 3) Rewarding incorporation of JEADI in a staff roles at UNM, 4) JEADI within Industry, and 5) Funding and grants – how to include broadening participation in proposals (NSF, DOE, etc.)
Keynote Address from 5:10 to 6:00 p.m.
Dr. Nancy Lopez & Dr. Claudia Diaz Fuentes present a keynote titled, "How Intersectionality Can Advance Equity at HSIs.”
Dinner from 6 to 7 p.m.

Resource Fair Welcome from Dean Donna Riley from 1 to 1:30 p.m.
Campus Resource & Support Fair from 1:30 to 2:50 p.m.
Engage with student-focused campus resources through lightning presentations on the top 3 tools available at each, followed by a tabling session.
Navigating Identity in the Workplace Panel from 3 to 4 p.m.
This panel discussion will address how employee resource groups function within private industry, national labs, and professional organizations.
Closing Dinner and Homage to Dr. Bill Gross from 4 to 5 p.m.
