Dean’s Distinguished Lecture Series
Focus on Innovation, Powered by Doug Campbell
Jim and Ellen King Dean of Engineering and Computing Donna Riley
The Dean’s Distinguished Lecture Series was created by Jim and Ellen King Dean of Engineering and Computing Donna Riley. It is powered by UNM alumnus Doug Campbell (B.S. ’01, M.S. ’02) and supported by the Leaders of Enchantment podcast.
The series is designed to offer the community engaging and informative presentations from entrepreneurs and innovators making an impact relevant to the world of engineering, computing and construction management.
Lectures are followed by short Q&As with presenters and a free, public dinner reception. Previous event speakers include Campbell, who described his journey to becoming a successful startup founder; Akilah Martinez, a UNM alumna working to revitalize Navajo language and culture through augmented reality; and Peter Lamp, the principal battery expert for BMW Group.
