Poroseva honored by American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics

Svetlana Poroseva, a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at The University of New Mexico, has been honored by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA).
Poroseva received the Section-Student Branch Partnership Award for 2021-21. The award recognizes the most effective and innovative collaboration between the professional section members and student branch members.
The AIAA is the world’s largest aerospace technical society. With nearly 30,000 individual members from 91 countries and 100 corporate members, AIAA brings together industry, academia and government to advance engineering and science in aviation, space and defense.
