About the conference
The 2020 conference will be held online via Zoom
Due to the COVID-19 situation, the conference will now be held virtually using Zoom (a video conferencing tool). It will be held online on Thursday 4/23/2020 and Friday 4/24/2020, and on Wednesday 4/29/2020.
This conference is part of a long series of successful annual conferences by the ASEE Gulf-Southwest (GSW) Section. The ASEE GSW Section is one of the most active ASEE sections.

- There will be monetary awards for both faculty and student paper presentations (including poster presentations).
- Registration costs include meals.
- All papers will be refereed and included in the ASEE main portal for conference papers (i.e. searchable).
